Maintenance Foreman: Duties: Supervise and train crew guys, read and apply blueprint, communicate clearly and effectively with clients and management, follow oral and written directions, and responsibility of edging, mulching, and pruning of client’s residence.

Requirements: Degree in landscape management and design and/or one year experience as a maintenance foreman or similar position required, must possess excellent organizational and leadership skills, must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, must have or willing to obtain a RT license,  and able to lift forty pounds.

 Landscape Build Foreman: Duties: Supervise and train crew guys, read and apply blueprint, communicate clearly and effectively with clients and management, follow oral and written directions, installing new landscapes (trees, plants, mulch, walls, and patios)

Requirements: Degree in landscape management and design and/or one year experience as a landscape foreman or similar position required, must possess excellent organizational and leadership skills, must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, must have or willing to obtain a RT license, and able to lift forty pounds.

Crew Members: (Landscape, Maintenance, Nursery & Irrigation) – Prior experience preferred but not required. Must have good work ethic, dependable, and be able to take instructions. Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Lawn / Tree Spray Technician:  As a lawn spray technician, tasks and knowledge involve completing lawn fertilizations, weed, insect, and disease control using either PermaGreen or manual spreaders. Lawn aerating, seeding, and landscape bed care to remove weeds are other services regularly completed.

As a tree and shrub spray technician, tasks involve plant and insect identification to treat for insects, disease, and weeds along with fertilization. Knowledge and capabilities of performing both lawn and tree applications is preferred.

Requirements:  RT Certification.  3A 3B preferred.

Other requirements include punctuality, willing attitude, quality work, and honesty. The average work week is 40-50 hours with some Saturdays. Off season will include a variety of seasonal tasks and other projects.

Irrigation Installation / Service Technician:  We are looking for a candidate that is strong in both installation, and service of irrigation systems.  Candidate must have strong irrigation experience and good customer service skills.  We install and service both residential and commercial clients.

Requirements:  Must have irrigation installation experience.  Must be backflow certified.  Excellent customer service skills.  Candidate needs to be well organized, detailed, motivated, have a strong work ethic and work well with others.
